Residential and vacation rentals must sign a contract with all the following disclaimers to receive service
Walk-through DISCLAIMER: Walk-throughs are a requirement for service. There needs to be a mutual agreement of trust, services and product use price.
CHEMICAL DISCLAIMER: allergies or sensitivities to specific chemicaLs need to be discussed. If there is a chemical you are allergic to we can substitute.
Animal DISCLAIMER: Please keep animals up if there are any concerns of biting. If i am bitten i will charge a $50 fee unless hospital/medical attention is required. Then the client is responsible for hospital bill.
SUMMER Hazard DISCLAIMER: If I am working in a non conditioned area during the hot season there is automatic charge of $40 upwards. Environment needs to be discussed before starting. Heat mixed with chemicals in a poor ventilated area can be dangerous as well as heat stroke.
Move out/in Prices DISCLAIMER : Move out/in starts a $300. the cleaner has one chance to get everything right on top of the extra producT used. Deep cleaning time can range 8hours upwards.
Refunds DISCLAIMER: There are no refunds. I cannot take back my time or product use. If SOMETHING was not to par we can discuss a path forward.
Late fee DISCLAIMER: PleAse note PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE. Everyday un-payed will be charged 15% of the total bill until bill is payed with fees included.
Photo DISCLAIMER RESIDENTIAL: before and after photos are used professionally. They do not show any personal details or location. If asked to withhold then no photos will be taken.
